If you wish to return your items please do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your order consists of multiple items the 14-day return period runs from when you received the last batch of goods.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

Printed stock is non-returnable as they are considered personalized goods and can’t be re-sold to anyone else.

If your order has been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any orders deemed to be faulty please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving and checking the returned goods.

If the products are deemed damaged or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund will be given.

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print as they are considered personalized goods and can’t be resold.

If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund.

Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.

All shipping times are dependent on final print approval.

Final print approval is based on your print method, shipping location, shipping method and requirements.

Standard production for domestic orders varies between 5-15 working days plus shipping.

Payments will be made in full within 30 days of receiving an invoice unless agreed on special settlement terms in writing.

For new accounts on all orders, full payment is required on order placement.

Credit is available subject to three positive payments on a Pro-Forma basis, alongside satisfactory credit checks.

Prices quoted on the website are guide prices only subject to viewing the final artwork, once artwork and full specifications have been finalized a quotation price will be confirmed.

In most cases, pricing is for non-branded items without setup costs, printing costs, shipping costs, handling fees, and other product-specific costs.

We aim to keep our pricing 100% accurate, however, due to the fast-paced nature of the industry a small number of items on our website may be mispriced.

Whilst we aim to notify you at the point of sale or inquiry, we reserve the right to alter our pricing without notice and refuse or cancel any orders placed on a mispriced product.

The type of artwork you can send will depend on the printing process that is used for that particular product.

You can supply artwork in either Vector files (.eps , .pdf, .ai) or Raster (pixel) (.png , .jpg, .tiff).

Vector files are suitable for all types of print, whereas Raster (pixel) files are only suitable for full color/process/transfer print and cannot be used for screen printing, debossing or engraving.
