For any coffee lovers out there, November 23 is National Espresso Day. For those of us who need  something to perk us up in the morning before going back to the grind and a shot of espresso does just that. Espresso is a form of coffee that has been brewed by forcing nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Italians believe you should drink an espresso quickly, whilst  the cream is on top and this acts as a lid keeping all the aromas in. How to celebrate
